Qis918 is more than a betting platform. We are a Malaysian player community growing together, backed by the latest technology, driven by trust, and operating with one goal – delivering the most enjoyable, safest, and fairest online entertainment experience to every one of our members.
Qis918 is an online entertainment and betting platform built specifically with an understanding of Malaysian players' needs and preferences. From day one, one thing has never changed: our commitment to making every gaming experience at qis918 something you can enjoy with peace of mind – free from worry about the safety of your funds or the fairness of the games.
We understand that trust cannot be bought or forced. It must be built gradually, through consistent actions, honest conduct, and accountable systems. That is why every decision we make – from interface design and game provider selection to payment methods and how we handle customer enquiries – is rooted in this core value.
Qis918 brings a full range of entertainment categories under one roof: live casino with real dealers, sports betting covering more than 30 international leagues, friendly bingo games, lucky numbers, e-sports, and much more. Every category is carefully developed and tested to ensure consistent performance across all devices – whether you're on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
Qis918's mission is simple yet meaningful: providing the most trusted, most complete, and most user-friendly online entertainment platform in Malaysia. We are not racing to be the biggest – we are racing to be the best in the eyes of every member who places their trust in us.
Qis918's long-term vision is to keep growing alongside the Malaysian player community – listening to feedback, continuously improving, and becoming a platform that truly understands the local market, rather than simply adapting a global platform without a local touch.
This is a question frequently asked by new players who are still weighing their options. Our answer is always the same: what sets qis918 apart lies in the small details that other platforms often overlook. These include:
Security at qis918 is not just a slogan – it is the foundation on which the entire platform is built. All communications between your device and qis918's servers are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption using the latest TLS 1.3 protocol. Your personal data is managed under a strict privacy policy and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
The identity verification (KYC) process at qis918 is designed to protect you, not to slow you down. It ensures that no other party can access or misuse your account. Fund withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been verified and registered in your name – no shortcuts that leave room for fraud.
The qis918 system also features round-the-clock account activity monitoring. If any suspicious activity is detected – such as a login attempt from an unfamiliar location – our system will immediately send you an alert and temporarily freeze your account until your verification is received.
Qis918 believes that healthy entertainment starts with self-awareness. We do not want our members to play beyond their means or under emotional stress. That is why qis918 provides comprehensive self-control tools for every member, including daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, mandatory cool-off periods, and the option to temporarily self-exclude from the platform.
We also provide links to professional support resources for anyone who feels their gambling activity is beginning to affect their daily life. Visit the Responsible Gaming us to learn more about all available tools and resources.
Qis918 was founded by a group of technology and entertainment industry experts with a vision to create a betting platform that truly understands Malaysian players.
The qis918 web version was officially launched with an initial game library covering live casino and selected sports betting.
Within two years, qis918 successfully grew to over 100,000 active members – a milestone that validates our approach to the Malaysian market.
Qis918 launched its mobile app for Android and iOS, making access to the platform easier and faster from anywhere.
The qis918 payment system has been fully upgraded with DuitNow QR, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and FPX integration for a smoother transaction experience.
Qis918 is now one of the most widely used online betting platforms in Malaysia, with more than 2 million registered members active every month.
Every decision we make is rooted in these six core values – our guiding principles in serving every qis918 member
256-bit SSL encryption, TLS 1.3 protocol, two-factor authentication, and round-the-clock account monitoring ensure your data and funds are always protected under financial-institution-grade security.
Every game at qis918 uses a certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by anyone, including qis918 itself.
Qis918's server infrastructure is built to maintain response times under 200 milliseconds. Even during peak hours with thousands of concurrent users, your gaming experience remains unaffected.
Qis918 is not a global platform adapted for Malaysia – we are a platform built from the ground up for Malaysia. The language, payment methods, customer support, and promotions are all designed with Malaysian players in mind.
The qis918 development team releases updates every two weeks based on real feedback from members. We listen, we learn, and we keep improving – that is our promise to every user.
Qis918 actively supports responsible betting practices by providing self-control tools, gaming limits, and professional support resources. The well-being of our members always comes before short-term profit.
