6 Game Rules

6. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
7. Registering an account using false information or another person's identity

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Qis918 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any term within this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of trust
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents
• Discovery that the member is under 18 years of age
• Official requests from competent legal authorities

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Valid funds will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks and KYC verification have been completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

Qis918 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to pre-announced system maintenance

• Losses arising from a member's own negligence in maintaining their account security

Qis918's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
